TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Order Processing: You can place an order simply by calling us locally 514-745-7227 or toll-free 888-795-7227. Your sales representative will gladly assist you.
You can also submit your orders by fax 514-745-0890 or e-mail. Ask your ARXTECH Canada sales representative for details.
All orders received before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. We cannot guarantee same day shipping for orders received after 3 p.m.

SHIPPING

ARXTECH Canada uses Fedex Ground to ship most orders. For bulkier orders your sales representative will arrange shipping with a freight carrier (Groupe Thibodeau, Transport Des Saults, etc.) in order to provide you with reasonable and competitive shipping rates.
Shipping charges vary depending on destination and shipment volume. The minimum shipping charge is $10.00. All orders are shipped FOB from our Ville Saint-Laurent warehouse. Purchase Terms Minimum order: $100.00 (before taxes)*.

*To accommodate our customers in urgent situations, we can process orders valued under $100.00 with an additional processing charge of $10.00.
  New account: All orders will be shipped COD (cash, postal money order, or certified check only).

PAYMENT TERMS

Granted upon approval from a credit agency. Merchandise Goods damaged during shipping: All shipments leave our warehouse in excellent condition. Any claims for lost, damaged or short shipments must be submitted to ARXTECH Canada within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. All DOA merchandise must be returned following the RMA procedures outlined below.

RMAS

All merchandise must be returned PREPAID with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All shipments sent COLLECT will be refused. To obtain your RMA number, please use the online service section of the Home page by clicking on Create an RMA and filling out the required fields.
To accelerate the processing of your RMA request:

  • A proof of purchase will be required.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • An RMA number must accompany the returned shipment (or the return will be refused at our warehouse).
  • ALL manuals, accessories and packaging will be required ORIGINAL

The RMA number must appear LEGIBLY on the outside of the shipping box. (DO NOT post it directly on the returned article). 
ALL manuals, accessories and original packaging are required.
Inadequate packaging, physical damages or the alteration of serial numbers will result in the warranties being cancelled.
All items returned under warranty and found to be not defective (or damaged from misuse) will be returned to the client's expense. ARXTECH Canada is not responsible for any loss and/or damages caused by misusing the product. We will replace all parts with manufacturing defects within 10 days of receiving the part (with a clear description of the problem) at our warehouse. No credit will be given for any item after 30 days of the purchase. The item will be accepted (for credit ONLY) if it is returned in a state allowing the product to be resold (like new).
ARXTECH Canada reserves the right to refuse any credit request on returned merchandise. All granted credit will be applied to a future purchase (no cash refunds). All credit is based on the current price upon receiving your item. In the event that the returned item is out of stock or discontinued, you will be given a credit for the item or an exchange for another product of equal or greater value to the original product. If the product has been replaced by another product of greater value, the exceeding value will be billed to the client. Prices and characteristics are subject to change without notice.

SERVICE CHARGES

  • NON-defective items: $10.00 handling charge per item.
  • Items not originating from ARXTECH Canada: $20.00 handling charge per item.
  • Shipment refused by the client: Shipping cost + $20.00.
  • NSF check: $40.00 per cheque.
